LIBERTY HILL ACADEMY
DESCRIPTION
A “fast track” project, 32,000 square foot Liberty Hill Academy was designed as a special education facility for at-risk students. The project was completed on the campus of the Carolina Youth Development Center. A negotiated contract with general contractor incentive packages allowed the facility to be completed in seven (7) months. Additional coordination was made with the adjacent Carolina Youth Development Center (the former Charleston Orphanage) for improvements on their campus.
