DESCRIPTION

Hampton County School District Two of Estill, South Carolina engaged Brownstone Construction Group to conduct a cost analysis when considering the replacement of Estill Elementary and Estill Middle Schools. With the existing schools in need of replacement, BCG reviewed existing staffing and personnel to design a consolidated facility program to house all staff and students as well as support activities for the current schools. The completed report outlined all required spaces to included minimum square footages as required by the SC Office of School Facilities. Cost estimates were provided with associated recommendations to allow the Owner to make financial arrangements to address future plans to secure needed funding for the project.
