E.B. ELLINGTON ELEMENTARY
DESCRIPTION
E.B. Ellington Elementary School, a 58,000 square foot facility built to accommodate 450 students, is complete and serves the Ravenel, South Carolina community. An early site package was finished to include underground utilities, building pad and site drainage work ahead of vertical construction. The building contract was completed in August 2010. Separate cost sharing agreements were negotiated with Charleston Roadwise for roadway improvements and with The Town of Ravenel for sewer infrastructure that was brought to the site under separate contracts.
