DESCRIPTION

The scope of the proposed neighborhood improvement project was determined in Phase 1 (concept phase) of this project. The project scope was selected directly from the approved Richland County Neighborhood Master Plan and refined based on public and stakeholder input and available funding.

Phase 2 includes design and construction of the following:

1. Harrington Drive Sidewalk

2. Athena Drive Sidewalk

3. Green Springs Drive Sidewalk

Phase 3 consists of complete site work and traffic control including, but not limited to: construction of concrete sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, painted crosswalks and utility coordination and necessary utility adjustments along the following roads/streets within the Candlewood neighborhood;

1. Arcola Drive Sidewalk

2. Concourse Drive Sidewalk

3. North Chateau Drive Sidewalk
