BROAD RIVER NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENTS
DESCRIPTION
The Broad River Neighborhood Master Plan includes four projects that are included in the Transportation Penny Program. The projects, selected through a process of public input, include sidewalks and some street-scape enhancements.
The projects included are: McRae Street Sidewalk, Gibson Street Sidewalk, Pearl Street Sidewalk and Hart Street Sidewalk. The design of this project was delivered in two phases: Phase 1 consisted of developing a conceptual report outlining proposed scope of work based on stakeholder and public input. Phase 2 consisted of implementation and development of final design according to the recommendations from Phase 1.
