DESCRIPTION

Work at Angel Oak included the renovation of the existing 44,000 square foot school building along with the construction of a new, one-story, fully sprinkled, 38,300 square foot building located on the current school site.  The new addition accommodates the school’s Arts Curriculum and include spaces for Music, Art, Dance and a Multipurpose Room with a stage.  Renovations of the existing school included the replacement of HVAC and fire alarm systems.  Additional upgrades include replacement of roofing, flooring, doors, hardware ceilings systems and selective walls in the facility.  Several existing spaces in the building were also be repurposed to accommodate an expanded front office area.
